Spring Drop-in Days at the KoKo Lot

Have you and your kids been curious about the KoKo Lot?
We had a great time at our April 2025 Spring Drop-in Days!
There are currently no additional Spring 2025 Drop-in Days scheduled. Please be sure to join our mailing list to be notified if new drop-in days are added!
The KoKo Lot is located at 440 19th Street (between 8th Avenue and Prospect Park West), Brooklyn.

More Details:
- KoKo NYC Drop-in Days are appropriate for kids ages 5 – 12.
- Parents / Guardians are welcome to stay at the KoKo Lot during this drop-in workshop, however we encourage adults to let kids explore the KoKo Lot and try out KoKo NYC building activities independently.
- Kids must wear closed-toed, durable shoes (No Crocs, Natives, Tevas, or Keens, please).
- Kids must wear clothing that can get dirty while at the workshop.
- Kids must dress appropriately for the weather because this workshop is FULLY OUTDOORS and happens rain or shine.
- The KoKo Lot has on-site, professionally maintained port-a-potties.
- All kids must be able to comfortably and independently use the port-a-potty.
- Kids in KoKo workshops must be able to self-administer any medication (including EpiPens).
- Kids should pack a pre-filled water bottle and snack.
- Kids should arrive with sunscreen and insect repellent already applied. Staff will remind kids to reapply.
- KoKo Workshops are nut-free.
KoKo NYC workshops are an inclusive environment where all kids are welcome! We encourage participation from kids of all gender identities, neurodiverse backgrounds, and skill levels with tools. KoKo NYC Teaching Artists and staff represent a wide diversity of personal and professional experiences. We are proactive and intentional about our teaching approach and support of all KoKo kids.
